We have compiled some frequently asked questions below regarding the PS Property Management portal and the 2024 bill

When is my HOA yearly payment due for 2024 and how much?

HOA bill for the year 2024 was due on 01/01/2024. Please pay the balance due by 01/10/24 to avoid late fees.

Single Family Homes: $625
Townhomes: $587.90

How do I make HOA payment online?

PS Property Management have setup an online portal (https://owner.psprop.net/Homeowner_v2/OwnerDashboard) for online payments and other requests.

I did not receive HOA invoice in mail

PS Property Management team sent out all the invoices through USPS to all the Homeowners few weeks ago

If you have not received the invoice in the mail, please login into the PS Property Management Portal (https://owner.psprop.net/Homeowner_v2/OwnerDashboard) and navigate to the 'Billing' tab to download the statement with payment coupon

I made the payment online however the current balance is not updated

After the payment is made, the current balance on the PS Property Management portal will only update after the payment is cleared (2-3 business days)

Townhome Owners: Why did I receive two invoices from PS Property Management

Two invoices are sent just to the townhomes owner (one for Master and other for Townhomes HOA)
Billing Tab on the portal will have additional details

How much does it cost to pay online vs Mailing the check

Paying via Credit/Debit Card will incur a fee (~3% around $19), while the e-check payments are free.

Alternatively, Physical checks can be mailed to PO Box 65582, Phoenix, AZ-85082 (Make checks payable to 'Homestead Master Community Inc.'). Please make sure to include the coupon from the invoice that has the account number.

Why the 'Upcoming Assessments' mentions the due date of 01/01/2025 on the portal

Upcoming assessments section on the PS Management portal is for the next year (2025 assessment) and not for this year.
Because of their system limitation, they cannot remove this section.

How Do I submit a request or architectural review?
